1 Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the f99o platform and all its associated services. f99o is a trusted entertainment platform for online gaming and sports betting players in Bangladesh. These Terms establish the legal relationship between f99o and registered users of the platform.

f99o reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any new version is published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use the services on the f99o platform:

You must be at least 21 years of age (for those aged 21 and above only).
You must be an individual; opening an account on behalf of a corporation or organization is not permitted.
All information provided in your account must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
A user may hold only one account.
You are participating on this platform voluntarily and at your own responsibility.

f99o may request proof of age from a user at any time to verify identity. The account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Security

The registration process must be completed to create a valid account on f99o. The following applies to account registration:

The name, address, date of birth, and contact information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify f99o support.
Sharing, transferring, or giving access to your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4 Welcome Bonus

f99o offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. Currently, a 150% bonus on the first deposit is provided, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

5 Wagering Conditions

Wagering conditions apply to f99o bonuses. A 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 — this amount must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

No bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met. If the conditions are not met within the specified time after claiming the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.

6 General Bonus Policy

Each bonus may have its own validity period, conditions, and wagering requirements.
A bonus offer is applicable only once per account, per household, per device, or per IP address.
f99o reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the account may be closed.
f99o's decision on any matter relating to bonus usage will be considered final.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

7 Deposit Terms

The following terms apply to depositing funds into your f99o account:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
Deposits must be made from the mobile number or bank account registered to the account.
Deposits through third parties will not be accepted.
If a deposit is not credited automatically for any reason, contact the support team.

8 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawing funds from f99o:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the related wagering conditions have not been met.

Warning: If suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud is detected, f99o will take necessary action in accordance with legal obligations and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

Gameplay & Fair Play Policy

9 Game & Betting Rules

The following rules apply to participating in all games and betting activities available on f99o:

Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface.
If the result of any game is irregular due to a technical error, f99o reserves the right to void that round.
Betting limits are set separately for each game or market.
f99o reserves the right to accept or reject any bet.
f99o is not liable for losses caused by technical errors or disconnections in any game.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f99o platform:

Operating games using bots, automation software, or any other technical means.
Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
Collaborative play or cashout rings (collusion) — gaining an advantage by coordinating with other players.
Any form of hacking, manipulation, or fraudulent activity.
Playing with funds from loans or criminal activity.
Creating an account using false identity or documents.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

11 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

The following conditions apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports on f99o:

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded.
In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was accepted will apply.
f99o reserves the right to void any related bet if evidence of match-fixing or other irregularities is found.
f99o will not be liable for any bets missed due to connection issues during live betting.

VIP Program & Responsible Gaming

12 VIP Loyalty Program

f99o's VIP program has five tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. f99o reserves the right to make changes to VIP benefits and rewards at any time. VIP membership will be immediately cancelled if used for activities that violate the law.

13 Responsible Gaming Commitment

f99o believes that gaming is an entertainment activity and should not lead to addiction. To this end, f99o provides the following features:

Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account where this occurs due to the user's own negligence.
Disruptions caused by external server downtime or cyberattacks.

17 Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please first contact f99o's support team. Our team provides assistance in Bengali and English 24/7. Most matters can be resolved through discussion. If the support team is unable to reach a resolution, the matter will be escalated to senior management.

f99o's decision on any matter will be considered final and binding, unless proven otherwise through legal proceedings.

18 Account Closure & Service Suspension

f99o reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Creating an account with false information.
Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
A request to close the account at your own initiative.

If there is a valid balance and no restrictions, the withdrawal process will continue even after the account is closed.

19 Changes to Terms

f99o reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered as your acceptance of those changes.

20 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between f99o and the user, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings or agreements. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
